Join us on June 13, 2026, as Brimfield, MA, commemorates a pivotal moment in American history and celebrates the enduring spirit of our nation!
We are thrilled to announce a spectacular day of events dedicated to honoring our shared heritage, community, and freedom. Mark your calendars for a celebration filled with patriotism, reflection, and fun for all ages!
8:30-10:30am Pancake Breakfast–fundraiser by the Wales Community Food Pantry at the First Congregational Church. Registration and time preference required at bit.ly/42negIT.
10am-12pm– Revolutionary Cemetery Tours- Guided tours honoring local citizens from the Revolutionary War period who volunteered to fight for freedom. 28 Wales Rd. Registration is required by calling 508-523-9544.
1:00 pm–Fife and Drum Music on the town common, courtesy of the Army National Guard 215th Band. Face painting will also be offered.
2:00 pm Parade–Springfield’s Kiltie Band, Brimfield’s antique fire truck, the 54th Massachusetts Honor Guard, Hampden County Sheriff’s Horses, Wales and Brimfield library and historical participants, and more.
2:20 pm–Ceremony on the Brimfield Common- flag raising, presentations. Brimfield’s role in the Revolutionary War will be honored.
3:30 pm– Celebration a Brimfield Winery- Saint Christopher’s Church- Chicken BBQ (see below), games, a patriotic youth art display, storytelling in the pavilion, face painting, reenactor group displays and demonstrations, Army National Guard interactive stations, music, live broadcast from The Valley’s Classic Hits 97.7 FM/1250 AM, food trucks, and more.
4-7 pm–Winery–Chicken BBQ will be served at the Spirit of Brimfield Celebration, sponsored by St. Christopher’s Parish and the Brimfield Winery. Purchase tickets ahead at St. Christopher’s, Hitchcock Academy, or online. Limited quantity available the day of for $25. Pre-sale tickets are $22, includes half chicken, baked potato, salad, roll, and drink.

9pm Fireworks at the Brimfield Winery sponsored by the McCurdy Group
